It is good to remember that we are born to be a blessing no matter what is going on in our external lives. I wish you could have seen my friend, lost in a suicidal panic attack, suddenly calm down when we asked her to hold and comfort a person who was sad. A miracle by any other name…

I love that we are letting go of labels and encouraging each person to be all of themselves…that we are all constantly switching roles and definitions… all of us empowered because we don’t have to stay broken… or fixed. This is truly radical loving.
