A 501c (3) non profit organization, Radiance Healing institute, currently located in Haiku, Maui has identified a property perfectly suited to all the myriad of programs and activities offered at the Center.
20 Kapuaimilia Place is ideally located on the North Shore on 2 landscaped acres with a private gated entrance to both the main house and the detached ohana (cottage). The main home consists of four bedrooms, three and one half baths in over 4000 square feet of living area. The home, which features solar electricity, was built in 2005 and features a large lanai, heated in ground pool and three car garage. It’s large living and dining rooms are ideal for the classes and other activities of the center, while the sufficient bedrooms can provide a temporary home to visiting students and teachers. OPTIONS
All of the options below are based on the facts…. But before we go there, we would like to share with you our wildest dream. Life has taught us that it is good to think big. It is good to allow the very best for every single person involved. So here is our wildest dream written large on our hearts. - and hopefully yours also.
We would delight in finding a donor who would purchase this property outright. Possibly this could be accomplished by some combination of donation to the 501C3 along with traditional financing which would therefore reduce costs considerably.
The Bradleys would pay no rent, therefore being able to use all of the property for the work of the Center rather than needing to rent out the cottage. This would allow their amazing work to expand even further and faster. Having the cottage free would mean that more income could be generated for the Center by using this second home both as a Vacation Rental and as space for larger workshops and conferences such as Gathering the Love Retreats… thus creating much more income which would result in the further expansions/funding of all the Radiance Projects. It would create what we call a Circle of Prosperity.
And of course, all the taxes, insurance and maintenance (under $10,000) would be paid by the Center.
We realize that this option would require a leap of faith that could be more rewarding than anything you’ve ever done before. Still, imagine giving the Gift of the Radiance Center to the world - just when it is most needed. And then, in ten or more years (if desired and agreeable to all involved) imagine knowing that this stunning property could be a gift to your children or grandchildren. This truly would be the “GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING.”

- Single Investor Purchase- All cash or $1,408,000 down and finance up to $800,000 of the purchase price at 3.75% per annum with a payment of approx. $3700 per month. -or
- Limited Liability Corporation for 4-5 investors with each investor contributing $440,000 to $560,000 toward initial purchase. -or
- A tax oriented transaction could include contributing the property to Radiance Healing Center (a 501c (3) non profit organization) with a buyback at a predetermined price at the end of 10 years. This and similar options must be reviewed by a qualified tax attorney. -or
- Give us an option that would light you up.

My name is Ray Kaliski, and I am a retired real estate broker currently living in Mill Valley, California. And so, for the next sixteen years, I remained close by their sides, providing not only housing but also deep emotional involvement. These children were requiring me to love to a degree I had never known to be possible. My life took on meaning and depth as a mute boy spoke to me even when he would not speak to anyone else… as a young girl who had experienced being raped and burned at the age of one, trusted me enough to hold my hand and tell me her dreams.
With great humility and pride, I am so glad to report that most of their kids can now function in society, whereas without this upbringing, they would have suffered severely in the “real” world. I cannot begin to express how great it feels to have been part of this profound process.
When the nest was empty, Donna and Joe moved to Maui to retire… but that didn’t last for long. One day I called them to ask if they had more love and wisdom to give to the world. Their reply was an immediate and enthusiastic “YES!” and so I invited them to find a home to serve as a center for that love. Together, we formed a non-profit 501c3 called the Radiance Healing Institute.
Because the Center was so successful beyond their expectations, we kept needing larger homes…
