Our amazingly generous benefactor is stepping forward
TO BUY US A HOME AND PROPERTY WHERE WE CAN EXPAND AND THRIVE.
And WE HAVE ALREADY FOUND THE PERFECT HOME.
Those of you who have been part of the Radiance Center for a long time,
understand how profoundly important this is
to us as individuals and to the Center.
After raising our incredibly amazing adopted children for 27 years...
and now founding and operating the Radiance Center for another 19 years
It is untenable to have to keep moving every couple of years
to keep up with the growth of Radiance.
I can't wait to tell you.
This magnificent, wheelchair accessible home
so full of light with stunning views of mountains and ocean,
offers to be our long term home where we can grow
not only in numbers
but also in wisdom and in service
AND IN LOVE.
It has a teaching space for up to 50 people, plentiful parking, huge kitchen,
and four gorgeous bedrooms so that people can come from all over the world
to immerse themselves in a Radiant Life..
There is privacy and spaciousness enough to support
not only our silent meditations
but also our passionate (loud?) singing,
dancing and drumming...
sometimes even at midnight.
Oh, did I mention the swimming pool that is heated to 88 degrees
by the photovoltaic system that powers the entire house.
And of course, there will be beauty all around us to
match the beauty that flows from this Love.
You may have figured out by now that this incredible property
is just above our benefactors price range,
but we are oh so close.
Therefore

We are realizing that some of you may have received this website not knowing who we are or why we founded the Radiance Center.

♡ Early in our marriage, we adopted seventeen incredible children -
many of whom were fetal drug and had been severely abused.
These amazing children required us to love far beyond normal expectations in order to help them heal.
They taught us what humans truly need - not merely to survive but to thrive.

♡ After the children grew up and took flight, we still had more love flowing through us.
We formed a nonprofit 501(c)3 called The Radiance Center…
a community committed to exploring the idea of expressing unconditional love…
to learn to live lives of passion and purpose
no matter what our childhood experiences.

♡ We honor our very human emotions as well as our spiritual overview.
This is taught not only through classes
but also service, community events, movie and music nights, celebrating birthdays and holidays,
and inviting community members to teach and share their skills.
♡ Every activity at the Radiance Center is given freely to all.
We have no paid staff. Our Center is supported by the seva (service) offered by students and visitors
and our gratefully accepted donations.
♡ Over the past nineteen years, our Center has served the needs of Maui (and beyond) so well
that we have already outgrown four homes/centers!
And each time, miracles have provided our new homes... every single time!...
These were spectacular, OMG homes
where we expanded to the next level of loving the world...
And so we ask you.
